REVIEW ABOUT MAYBELLINE MASTER CAMO COLOR CORRECTING PALETTE

Hello again! Let's have a look at a review about  color correcting palette by  Maybelline of the new arrivals to our country!

The pallet actually has 3 different types, Light, Medium and Deep. However, these three different options do not consist of darkening the same colors, on the contrary there are different shades in 3 palettes. For example, the colors that can be used for regional color irregularities, such as green and yellow, are Light color while the Medium color is more classical and contains nude concealers that will match to various skin tone. On the Deep palette there are colors that can be used more warm and coral tones and can also be used for the purpose of blushing. Our color of Light promises to cover the color disparities.

Come on palette features. The pallet consists of one yellow one with a pink bottom toned highlighters  and four different color correctors. First of all, the correctors have quite creamy formulation. Its softer but less pigmented than the the Loreal concealer palette which we wrote earlier in the review about it. We can say that green color has moderate success of the coverage the redness. The other classical colors are ideal for neutralizing different shades in different regions of the face, but overfilling the lines in areas that are wrinkled, such as under eye, because the structure is extremely soft. So it's not possible to apply directly on the dark circles of undereyes.

The formulation is not fixed automatically because it is satin finish, you have to pass through the with a powder. We recommend using a sponge instead of a brush when applying under the foundation because movement of the brush during applying foundation can cause remove the corrector and breaking  apart, so the old color irregularities emerge. We applied the make-up sponge with buffing on the area where we apply the foundation. The foundation does not change color, but does not appear extra bright or makes not more shiny effect on the foundation applied on it like Loreal palette.

The permanence can vary depending on the foundation you apply to it, but it can flow quickly from under the eyes because it is very creamy. If you have an oily skin, unfortunately it is not very strong. It can accumulate and flow especially in oily eyelids.

The 6 varieties in palette illuminators were our favorite. It is an extremely soft and natural illuminator, especially with pinkish luminosity. It is a very good color for daily make up and can reveal itself in every skin color. The reflections are great when the light hits. Although the colors of the Sleek illuminator are similar to those of the palette, but we can call these smoother than Sleek palette’s highlighters.

In summary, this product is not one we would prefer again. Performance is moderate in all respects. If you have another coreccting palette in your hand, this palette does not have the colors and formulations you need in particular. As a color editing palette we were a bit under our knees. The current price is 50 TL.
