REVIEW ABOUT MAYBELLINE THE ROCK NUDE PALETTE

Hello everybody again! We would like to talk about our views of Maybelline the Rock Nude Palette which is very expected to post of review.

As you know, this palette has been offered for sale more recently in Turkey. So it is very interesting for many people nowadays.

The rock nudes palette is a black compact palette with a see-through window from where the shades are nicely visible. The palette is very compact and can be easily carried around. It contains a dual-ended blush but it does not include a mirror. It contains 9.6 g product, and its shelf life is 24 month.

There are 12 shades in this palette; some of them are matte, some of them are shimmery, also some of them contain shimmer particles.

The shade in the top left corner is a subtle shimmery white shade that can be used as a base or for highlighting purpose. The second one is a silver grey with little shimmer particles. Third shade in the top looks like a light lilac shade but when swiped, it looks more silvery with chunky shimmer and fourth one is a matte brown. Last two shades in the top include shimmer particles, blue one is most pigmented shade in the palette and other is a shimmer black.

The shade in the down left corner is a light beige colour and the side is darker of this shade. Third shade is a matte light brown. Fourth is pretty olive shade. The last two shades are matte purplish black and black.

Shades with light tone are less pigmented than shades with darker tones. Pigmentation of darker shades is medium. If you don’t use a primer when applying shades, permanence will not successful. Also these shades are not very dusting.

Unfortunately it is not very successful palette for us. Because even though shades look different from each other, many of them have the same colour in practice.
